$95 to see The Dead...are they bringing back Jerry Garcia from the grave..thats messed up that it cost that much for lower level tix...and to sit in the nosebleed section you're gonna have to pay $70 by the time all the fees are added in...and then $5 to park....unreal

Although there is no replacement for Jerry, Warren is an awsome musician and a great compliment to the band. I don't believe they are trying to recreate the Grateful Dead, that can never be done. They are just bringing the music in a new exciting direction.

With these prices, will we be hassled for vending it the lot? I mean, for $95.00 for a Jerryless Dead, did the boys fall and bump their heads on these prices? I got my tix from the pre-sale BUT I need a bailout to go on tour!

I miss Jerry | 1/29/2009 6:21:48 PM
Jerry must be turning in his grave with these prices! What happened from playing for free on the back of flatbed trailers to charging an outrageous price for tickets? Is this the end of The Dead as we somewhat know them? Have The Dead joined the "YIPPIES and tight collars" with these prices? We should all join together and boycott the show for these prices! No applauding, no dancing, no yelling and screaming! What would Jerry say to these prices? We best be able to do whatever in the lot without being arrested, sited or whatever for vending, partying and what not! I miss the Jerry Dead with cheaper tix!

With the price of tix, will we be aloud cameras inside?

matt wasel | 2/2/2009 4:50:07 PM
high price? yes, but so is everything now-a-days...i dont care, its the music im psyched for, i love these guys and their music,...im looking for a 'born cross eyed' or a phat 'new potato caboose"...look past the bad (high tix price, someone talking during the music, traffic, etc), sit back and rock with the dead!
