Tickets to events at Wachovia Arena can be purchased through the following sources:
In person at the Wachovia Arena box office
Located at 255 Highland Park Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre Township. The box office is located adjacent to the East Gate. The Box Office accepts cash, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Personal checks are not accepted.
Hours of operation in season (Labor Day through Memorial Day) are:
- Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday for events only:
- Open at 9:00 a.m. when the event begins at 2:00 p.m. or earlier
- Open at 12:00 p.m. when the event begins after 2:00 p.m.
Summer hours are:
- Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday for events only:
- Open at 9:00 a.m. when the event begins at 2:00 p.m.or earlier
- Open at 12:00 p.m. when the event begins after 2:00 p.m.
- The Wachovia Arena Box Office will be closed on the following Monday’s during the summer: June 15, June 29, July 6, July 13, July 27, August 3, August 10 and August 24.
